We are thrilled to announce our Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) certification. The certification is for community-based, service organizations that
has, or intends to obtain, staff with the capacity to develop affordable housing for the community it serves. This certification was crucial in our mission of neighborhood restoration and providing decent, affordable housing in Washington Parish. We look forward to working with Louisiana Housing Corporation in developing affordable housing that will be made available to the low to moderate income families that we serve.
